All the Deep Blues at Dusk

This painting was a celebration of early evening light, it was painted at Newgale beach in Pembrokeshire on a particularly still evening. The waves were lapping and there were soft ripples in the sand catching the evening light. I loved the soft detail in the sky, framing the setting sun and casting golden light across the waves.
