Evening tide, Marloes

This original painting is inspired by Marloes beach, Pembrokeshire. When I took the photographs and sketches for this beach the tide was coming in, and the light was rapidly changing and catching the tops of the waves. I wanted to capture the golden light collecting on the pebbles and across the water. Acrylic on canvas, painted in 2023.
