Light Stream, Pembrokeshire (Abereiddy Beach)

This peaceful end of day scene was captured at Abereiddy Beach in Wales. there was a stream running down the beach to the sea and the evening light was sparkling and catching on the moving water. I liked the contrast between the teal sea and pale ochre horizon, and the soft fade up to a pastel blue sky. For me this painting is really peaceful and restorative and I hope to share that with the viewer. Acrylic on canvas, painted in 2023.
